  • 1 pt. persimmons, processed
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 to 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Cream butter with sugar and flour. Add eggs. Add persimmons, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Add buttermilk last. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
