- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Add persimmon pulp and milk, then add eggs and butter.

3Pour into greased pan and bake 1 hour in 325° oven.
