  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Add persimmon pulp and milk, then add eggs and butter.

    Pour into greased pan and bake 1 hour in 325° oven.
