  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 9/16 pound turkey meat minced
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red peppers frozen chopped
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1/2 malagueta pepper
  • salt to taste
  • pepper pink, to taste
  • olive oil flavored, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 pita breads
  • 4 leaves lettuce chopped

    Celery Sauce Preparation:

    In a small bowl, add all the ingredients, and stir until creamy, as pictured.

    Burger Preparation:

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.

    Shape 4 burger patties with the mixture.

    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in skillet, and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side.

    While the patties are cooking, toast the pita bread slightly, then cut open with a knife.

    Place the cooked turkey burgers in the bread, add the lettuce, and the celery sauce on top.
