- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. pine nuts, walnuts or almonds
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- dash of white wine (optional)
Directions

1Put basil into blender.

2Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.

3Finely chop, punching down as needed.

4Add additional oil, if necessary, to attain a loose paste that is not too soupy or runny.

5Remove from blender into bowl.
