  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. pesto sauce
  • 1/4 c. pine nuts
