- 8 small new potatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen pearl onions
- 1/2 lb. green beans
- 1/3 c. pesto
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut each potato into 8 wedges.

2In large saucepan, cover potatoes with salted water.

3Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

4Simmer 5 minutes.

5Add onions and green beans; boil 5 minutes or until tender.

6Drain; place in bowl.

7Add pesto, salt and pepper; too. Makes 4 servings.
