- small can shrimp
- small can light tuna
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. sweet pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Directions

1Cover with buttered bread crumbs.

2Bake uncovered in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 1 hour.

3Remove from oven and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting in squares to serve.

4Can be made the day before, adding crumbs at time of baking.

5Leftovers are good cold.
