  • 1 bag Fritos
  • 1 (12 oz.) block medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 head lettuce, cut in salad size pieces
  • 2 cans Hormel chili with beans, heated
  • 1 small container sour cream

Directions

    Prepare ingredients as noted above and then layer the ingredients in each serving bowl as follows:

    crunch 2 handfuls of Fritos in the bottom of each bowl; add 1 handful of shredded cheese; add 4 tablespoons of Hormel chili; add 1 handful of lettuce; add 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomatoes; add 1 tablespoon of onions; and then add 2 teaspoons of sour cream.

    This can be eaten as a layered salad or mixed up and eaten.

    Either way, it is wonderful.
