- pheasant
- 2 pkg. wild rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Brown cut up pheasant in hot oil.

2Mix wild rice in bottom of roaster pan according to package directions.

3Dot with butter. Add mushrooms.

4Lay pheasant on top of rice after browning.

5Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
