- 2 pheasants, cut up
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 ??? butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Coat pheasant with flour seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.

2Heat butter in skillet and brown birds on all sides. Slice garlic and add to meat along with olives, water and Worcestershire; cover tightly.

3Simmer 45 minutes.

4Turn pheasant; add wine.

5Cover and simmer 45 minutes longer or until tender. Serve hot with sauce.
