  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Thaw broccoli in microwave and drain.

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
