- 3 Tbsp. sliced onion
- 3 garlic gloves
- 2 c. ground meat (1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. green beans (French-cut)
- 3 c. bean sprouts
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 12 egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers (6-inch sq.)
- vegetable oil (for deep frying, 3/4-inch deep)
Directions

1In 2 tablespoons of hot oil, brown garlic.

3Cook 5 minutes on high heat.
