  • 3 Tbsp. sliced onion
  • 3 garlic gloves
  • 2 c. ground meat (1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. green beans (French-cut)
  • 3 c. bean sprouts
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 12 egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers (6-inch sq.)
  • vegetable oil (for deep frying, 3/4-inch deep)

Directions

    In 2 tablespoons of hot oil, brown garlic.

    Add onion, then the ground meat.

    Cook 5 minutes on high heat.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Reduce heat.
