  • 185g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 150g blue cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 6 fajitas
  • black pepper

Directions

    Process Philly*, blue cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth.

    Stir through chives.

    Heat fajitas on high for 30 seconds to soften.
  4. 4
    Press into 1 cup capacity, lightly oiled muffins tins and fill evenly with Philly* mixture.

    Sprinkle pepper over the top of each.

    Bake at 160C fan-forced for 20 minutes, until golden and puffed.

    Serve warm or cold with salad greens.
