"Philly" Brunch Quiche

- 1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
- 1 c. whole milk
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- dash of pepper (white preferably)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine cheese and milk in saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth.

3Gradually add cream cheese mixture to eggs; mix until well blended.

4Saute onion in margarine. Add onion and remaining ingredients to mixture; mix well.

5Pour into pastry shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Excellent served with fresh fruit and hot rolls.

6Serves 8.
