  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 c. shredded triple cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. milk

    1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Cut in cream cheese with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    2. Stir in shredded triple cheddar cheese add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough. Pat dough to 3/4 in. thickness on floured surface. Cut into 14 rounds with 2 in. fluted biscuit cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.

    3. Place 2 in. apart on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 min. or until golden brown.
