- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 pound fiddlehead ferns
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions

1In a large pot of boiling, lightly salted water, blanch spinach for about 2 minutes, until just tender.

3Pat the spinach dry with a towel or squeeze dry with hands.

4Chop spinach into large pieces.

5In a large bowl combine sugar, soy and sesame oil.
