Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz.) cans Contadina whole tomatoes (I drain most of the juice from one can)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 to 3 fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. cilantro or to taste

Directions

    Chop onion and peppers in food processor.

    Add tomatoes and process a few seconds.

    Warm oil, vinegar, salt and Accent in saucepan until salt dissolves.

    Mix together and add cilantro.
