- 4 cucumbers
- 6 onions
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 1 bunch celery
- 1/3 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 5 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 40 packets Diet Lite sweetener
Directions

1Very finely chop all vegetables except cucumbers and place in glass bowl (not metal).

2Mix in salt and let set overnight.

3Chop cucumbers and put in cold water and let set overnight.

4Next day drain all vegetables and mix with remaining ingredients.

5Simmer for 20 minutes.

6Store in hot sterilized jars.
