Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers
  • 6 onions
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 5 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 40 packets Diet Lite sweetener

Directions

    Very finely chop all vegetables except cucumbers and place in glass bowl (not metal).

    Mix in salt and let set overnight.

    Chop cucumbers and put in cold water and let set overnight.
  4. 4
    Next day drain all vegetables and mix with remaining ingredients.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Store in hot sterilized jars.
