Pickle Rolls

  • 1 qt. small kosher dill pickles
  • 1 loaf whole grain bread
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion juice or chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and onion juice to make a spread. Trim bread and spread a small amount of cheese mixture on slices. Place on wax paper.

    Add pickle to top of cheese mixture and roll bread around pickle.

    Roll in wax paper and twist ends together. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

    When ready to serve, slice into desired size pieces.
