  • 2 cans beets, drained
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat vinegar, water, sugar and salt to a boil.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Add beets; simmer another 5 minutes.

    Place in container all ingredients.

    Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
