  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice

    Use young tender beets.

    Wash, leave 2 end of stem and boil 15 minutes in water to cover.

    Dip in cold water; rub off skins.
