  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks

    Cut corn off cob; fill dry canning jars 2/3 full.

    In cooker, bring to a boil 1 cup salt and 1 gallon water.
