  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Cook beets in water until tender.

    Dip in cold water and peel off skins.

    Mix together sugar, water and vinegar.

    Pour over beets and boil 10 minutes.

    Pack in jars and seal at once.

    Cook in water bath for 30 minutes.
