  • 1 gal. water
  • 2/3 c. salt
  • 2/3 c. vinegar

Directions

    Boil corn-on-cob 10 minutes.

    Cut and scrape corn from cob when cooled; pack loosely in jar.

    Pour vinegar mixture over corn. Makes approximately 15 quarts.
