  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. beet juice (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Fill wide mouth jar with hard-boiled peeled eggs.

    Pour hot juice over eggs.

    Put lids on jars and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
