- 8 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 whole black peppers
- 1 whole cloves
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 garlic clove
Directions

1Peel eggs and put into a quart jar with tight fitting lid. Put vinegar and other ingredients into saucepan.

2Bring to a boil and reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.

3Strain and discard spices.

4Pour hot liquid over eggs and put lid on tightly. Refrigerate for 2 days for best flavor.
