- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. beet juice
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar or packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
- 4 whole cloves
- shredded greens
Directions

1Place peeled eggs in bowl or jar.

2Mix vinegar, beet liquid, sugar, salt, onion and cloves.

3Pour over eggs.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days.

5Slice eggs and serve on greens.
