  • 3 lb. salted salmon
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper (in strips)
  • 1 sliced orange
  • 1 qt. red wine vinegar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • pickling spice

    Rinse well and let stand overnight in container of cold water.
