  • 1 dozen large fresh Japalenos
  • 3 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 5 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pickling spice
  • 1 tbsp dried chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Cut peppers into slices, remove pith, wash well and set aside in large bowl.

    Place all other ingredients into 4 cup glass measure.

    Heat to boiling in microwave.

    Pour over peppers, cover, let stand 5 min.

    Warm up large jar under hot water.
  6. 6
    Pour mixture into jar and refrigerate.
