- 15 Hayden mangoes
- 2 handfuls Hawaiian salt
- 2 boxes brown sugar
- 1/2 bottle red coloring
- 1/4 tsp. 5 spice
Directions

1Peel and cut mangoes into strips.

2Add Hawaiian salt and leave overnight.

3Drain and dry in a screen until very dry.

4Place in pot and cover with water.

5Boil for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Drain in colander.

7Place in pot; add in rest of ingredients and stir using low heat until hardens.
