- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 stick margarine, soft
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 pkg. dried Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Remove crust from bread; slice diagonally, not quite all the way through, in 1-inch slices.

2Combine margarine, thyme and salad dressing mix.

3Spread mixture between slices and over top and sides of loaf.

4Sprinkle cheese over top.

5Wrap loosely in foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

6Serve warm.
