  • 30 to 35 green mangos
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. dried Li hing mui

    Slice mangos.

    Boil sugar, vinegar and salt.

    Let it cool. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Cover and let stand for a day.

    Jar and refrigerate.
