- 1/3 c. red wine
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine wine, oil, onion (thinly sliced and separated into rings), salt, parsley flakes, mustard and brown sugar.

2Bring to a boil.

3Add the drained mushroom crowns.

4Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.

5Chill in a covered bowl several hours.

6Stir several times.

7Drain and serve with picks on your next party tray.
