Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. twist noodles
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large jar pimentos
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed.

    Add oil.

    Drain and rinse after cooking.

    Heat vinegar, sugar, pepper, dry mustard, garlic and salt until dissolved.

    Add cucumbers, onion, garlic and pimentos. Pour over cooked and drained noodles.

    Stir in parsley.

    Cover and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
