  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salt (not iodized)

Directions

    Wash okra and pack into sterilized jars.

    Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil and pour over okra in jars.

    Put into hot water bath for 10 minutes.

    Ready to eat in 3 to 4 weeks.
