  • 3 c. water
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dill and alum (in each jar)

Directions

    Pack clean jars with okra.

    Heat vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil and pour over okra.

    Seal.

    Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
