- 4 lb. small okra
- 10 pods hot pepper
- 10 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c. pickling salt
- 8 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Wash okra.

2Pack 1 pepper and 1 clove garlic in pint jar. Combine salt, vinegar and water; boil.

3Pour over okra.

4Wait 30 minutes; pour off.

5Reheat.

6Pour back in jars and seal.
