  • okra (small; 2-inch)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dill seed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 or 2 hot peppers per pt.
  • 1 qt. vinegar (white)
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. water

    Bring to a rolling boil; bring vinegar mixture to a boil. Pour into jars.
