- 4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- dill
- hot peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3 lb. okra
- garlic
Directions

1Trim okra without cutting pod; pack in sterile jars, placing 2 heads of dill, 1 or 2 pods of garlic and a small hot pepper on top.

2Combine vinegar, water and salt and heat to boiling.

3Pour over okra and seal while hot.

4Wait one month before using.

5Makes 5 to 6 pints.
