- 1 gal. vinegar
- 5 lb. sugar
- 8 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
- whole cloves to taste
- 24 to 36 medium whole peaches, peeled
Directions

1In large stockpot, bring vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to a boil.

2Boil for 35 minutes, then add peeled peaches.

3Cook until soft.

4Pack peaches loosely in quart jars and pour vinegar mixture over peaches.

5Seal jars with rings and lids according to normal pickling instructions.
