- 4 qt. peaches
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Directions

1Boil the sugar, vinegar and spices together for 20 minutes. Place a few peaches at a time in the syrup and cook until tender. Pack in clean sterilized jars.

2Cover with lids (sterilized) after covering peaches with syrup.
