- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. chili sauce
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 3 lb. large shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced and rings separated
- 8 bay leaves
Directions

1Blend together first 8 ingredients.

2Layer shrimp, onions and bay leaves in bowl.

3Pour sauce over all and cover.

4Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours.

5Serve in bowl with toothpicks or spear onto decorative picks and push into half head of red cabbage.

6Serves about 20 guests.
