- 12 squash, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Soak squash, peppers, onion and pimentos in ice water for 1 hour. Bring to boil vinegar, sugar and spices. Drain squash and other ingredients. Add in vinegar mixture and bring to a boil. Place in jars and seal.
