- 8 c. yellow squash, sliced
- 4 med. sweet peppers
- 2 c. onion, sliced
Directions

1Sprinkle 1/2 c. canning salt over dry squash.

2Soak 1 hour.

3Wash salt off real good.

4Mix 3 c. sugar, 2 c. vinegar, 2 tsp.

5mustard seeds, 1 tsp.

6pickling spice and 2 tsp.

7celery seed.
-
8Bring to a boil.

9Add in squash, pepper and onion and mix.

10Boil 2 min.
-
11Put in jars and seal.
-
12Turn jars upside down.
-
13Ready to eat when cool.
