- 1 qt. water
- 3 c. vinegar (5% acidity)
- 1/4 c. salt
- hot peppers and onions (optional)
Directions

1Clean cucumbers.

2Put into a jar (whole or sliced).

3Add garlic, dill and hot peppers and onions (optional).

4Mix in another pan the water, vinegar and salt.

5Bring to boil.

6Pour over pickles; seal jar.

7Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Let set 4 or 5 weeks before opening.
