  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix *
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 1/2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip (thawed)
  • maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Directions

    In a medium size mixing bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix.

    Let stand about 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients except cherries.

    Fold together.

    Garnish, if desired.
