Picnic Pineapple Jello

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, cool.

    Mix cream cheese and pineapple with electric beater, add cooled Jell-O (still liquid). Fold in Cool Whip.

    Pour into Jell-O mold sprayed with Pam cooking spray.

    Great for picnics, doesn't melt!

    Makes a 12-cup mold or two 6-cup molds.
