- 1 picnic shoulder (small enough to fit into your crock-pot)
- 1/2 glass sweetened tea
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. ketchup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except shoulder.

2Put ham in crock-pot (skin side up) and cover with tea mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then cook on LOW all night.

3Ham will be so tender you can pull it apart with fork.
