Picnic Shoulder Ham

  • 1 picnic shoulder (small enough to fit into your crock-pot)
  • 1/2 glass sweetened tea
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. ketchup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except shoulder.

    Put ham in crock-pot (skin side up) and cover with tea mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then cook on LOW all night.

    Ham will be so tender you can pull it apart with fork.
