  • 4 bell peppers
  • 8 roma tomatoes
  • 1 large white onion
  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 12 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves
  • 12 lime, juice of
  • salt

Directions

    Finely chop all vegetables and mix in large bowl.

    Add lime juice and salt right at the end and mix thoroughly.

    Serve with corn tortilla chips or use as a condiment for tacos, eggs, or any number of other things.

    If you have a chopper it will cut your time in half or more.

    **Make sure that you take great care in handling the habanero.

    It is extremely hot and stays on your hands even after washing.
