- 6 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 to 2 onions (white), chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small bottle spicy Italian dressing
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl. (Do not use metal when working with peppers because acid bleaches aluminum or tin from the pans.)

2Place in refrigerator for several hours. Stir occasionally in order to coat all vegetables.

3Serve with corn chips.

4Especially good with blue corn chips.
